Final expense leads that have been recycled from other agents and companies just are not cool!
Nor are they even worth the paper that they are written on more often than not! Is this any way to do business when you are trying to make sure that people have some type of health insurance? It certainly is not friends! So why on earth would you choose to do business this way?! The better way to go about trying to sell health insurance policies is to have a list of prospects that you know are able and willing to buy.
This is the better way to go about the selling of health insurance (or any type of insurance for that matter) to those that need it. You first need to identify the need for the product or service before you even try selling it. This is exactly what New Lead does when they screen prospects to be included in their leads lists. They make very certain that the prospects are not only able to buy health insurance but also willing to at the same time. This is the better way to sell insurance, don’t you think?
Having a list of Final expense leads that is actually exclusive to you and you alone is also something that you want to look for. Let’s face facts here; having to share a leads list with any other agent just does not work for may agents. This is especially true when those agents are working on completely different schedules! This is also pretty confusing to say the least! Why would you even bother doing this?! Especially when there is no need to for so many reasons! One thing that you, as an insurance agent, definitely do not want/need to do is to defy the national Do Not Call (DNC) list!
This is a very serious matter that you have to contend with on a daily basis when you are in any type of telemarketing position. It does not matter that you personally had no prior knowledge that the prospect has their name and phone number on the Do Not Call list, you will still get into trouble for calling on them! This is something that you do not have to deal with when you get your leads from New Lead folks. The fact that none of the prospects that are on any Final expense leads list are new and preset appointments is good for business and you!
